I Trimmed My Pubes Now Its Itchy

Everywhere it is important to report the truth

The historically correct is political correctness applied to history: it is not a scientific reading of the past, an attempt to restore it as it was, it is an interpretation ideological and political world of yesterday, to make him say something to people today, with words and concepts of today.
The historically correct does not seek to understand the past to illuminate the present: it starts from the present to judge the past. In this state \\ 's mind \\' s story becomes a screen on which are projected all contemporary passions.

The veracity must not be cheated!

At school, on television or at the Cafe du Commerce, the historically correct reigns, offering a truncated history, falsified or manipulated. And so we see every day stalking the darkness, imperialism, colonialism, racism, antisemitism, fascism and sexism through the centuries, even if those words do not meaning outside a specific context: the historically correct Who cares, because its aim is not knowledge but propaganda. The historically correct practice anachronism (events d \\ 'yesterday are evaluated according to the criteria of our time) and judgments Manichaean, good and evil are defined by the values that prevail today. From the Middle Ages the war in Algeria, this book examines eighteen hot spots of the French and European history, many of them directly related to the history of Catholicism: the Crusades, the Inquisition and the Cathars, medieval Spain Catholic Monarchs, the Wars of Religion, the Ancient Regime, the Enlightenment and tolerance, the Revolution and the Terror, Social Catholics in the nineteenth century, the abolition of slavery, colonialism, anti-Semitism and anti-clericalism of the 1900s, the case Pius XII. Outlining the events by placing them in context, this book reminds us of what forgotten or hidden, that challenge the pre-established patterns and preconceived ideas.
